APA 7th edition, MLA 9th edition, and Chicago 18th edition in the notes-bibliography style (footnotes plus a bibliography). Chicago author-date is not offered.
APA 7 lists up to 20 authors; with 21 or more it lists the first 19, an ellipsis, then the last author. MLA 9 lists one or two authors and uses "et al." after the first author when there are three or more. Chicago lists up to six authors in the bibliography (more than six: the first three and "et al.") and uses "et al." in footnotes for four or more.
MLA and Chicago titles are put in title case. APA wants sentence case, so a title typed in Title Case is converted, which also lowercases names and places in it. Tick "Keep my capitalization" and type the title in sentence case yourself if it contains proper nouns. A title you type in sentence case is kept as typed.
No. You type the details (author, title, date and so on) and it formats them. Nothing is looked up or sent anywhere, so check the details against the source itself.
