We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or engage in conduct harmful to other users or the platform.
ScholarNet AI provides AI-powered study tools including AI tutoring, flashcards, quizzes, document processing, practice generators, Research Workbench, and Brain Battles competitive quiz features. Core study tools are free; Pro plans unlock advanced features.
AdCreator AI provides tools for creating marketing copy, ad headlines, and promotional materials using AI. Includes a free tier and paid subscription plans. Also hosts the Tariff Exposure Monitor — a public calculator for U.S. import tariff analysis.
PrimeReviewsPro provides tools for analyzing publicly available Amazon customer review distributions. All data displayed is derived from publicly visible review metadata; no proprietary Amazon data is accessed or stored. Free analysis tools with premium export features.
AI Site Builder generates self-hosted websites using AI. Users receive generated site files they can host on their own infrastructure. Free tier generates trial sites; paid plans include custom domain support and branding removal.
We sell digital prompt packs and workflow guides via Gumroad, including: Operator's Cockpit (AI operations toolkit), Deal Flow Pro (real estate investor prompts), Listing Flow Pro (real estate agent prompts), and Tariff Monitor (import tariff monitoring guides). All sales are final unless otherwise stated in the individual product listing.
We publish YouTube Shorts and long-form content on four channels demonstrating our products. We use the YouTube Data API v3 for legitimate publishing operations: video uploads, metadata updates, and channel analytics. We do not use the API to automate views, inflate engagement metrics, scrape private data, or engage in any behavior prohibited by YouTube's Terms of Service. API access is governed by YouTube API Services Terms of Service.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of any paid balance without refund.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via PayPal or other payment processors as displayed at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months except where required by law.
Digital products purchased via Gumroad are generally non-refundable because they are delivered instantly upon purchase. If you experience a technical delivery failure, contact us within 7 days at customer.service@0xpi.com and we will resolve it. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on AdCreator AI subscriptions as stated on the product page.
Some products offer free trials. No payment is required to start a trial. If a trial converts to a paid plan, you will be charged at the rate displayed at trial enrollment. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
All original platform code, design, branding, and non-AI-generated written content are owned by Dale Weaver / 0xpi and protected by copyright law. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute these assets without prior written permission.
AI-generated outputs created by you using our tools (ad copy, study materials, generated websites, etc.) are owned by you. We make no claim on outputs you generate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use.
By submitting content to our platforms (feedback, user-generated quiz content, etc.) you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and improve our services with that content.
Our services integrate with third-party APIs and platforms, including Google (YouTube Data API, GA4), OpenAI, Groq, ElevenLabs, Gumroad, PayPal, and others. Your use of features that rely on these services is also subject to those providers' terms. We are not responsible for third-party API availability, pricing changes, or policy updates.
Use of the YouTube Data API through our services is subject to YouTube Terms of Service and YouTube API Services Terms of Service. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that any service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and taking responsibility for any content you publish or act upon based on AI-generated outputs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our services will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim, or (b) $50.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our services, you consent to the data practices described in that policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or by displaying a notice on the relevant product. Continued use of any service after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The current version is always available at scholar.0xpi.com/terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
